Job Responsibilities• Organizes the estimating, cost control, scheduling, Information Systems, Graphics and Document Control activities into a cohesive, integrated project control team approach.
• Develops a project control plan and work breakdown structure.
• Develops the Baseline Budget Validation, Schedule, Estimates, Procedures, and all published reports and presentations.
• Responsible for the team’s internal budget.
Qualifications & Skills
• Related 4 years University Degree
• Minimum 15 years of projects control experience.
• Strong experience in schedule analysis, budget analysis, cost control.
• Extensive experience in Primavera, Oracle Contract Manager, Aconex etc
• Experience in large scale buildings projects such as Theme Parks, Museums, Historical Centers, Courthouses, Libraries, Universities, etc.
• Excellent command of the English language
